                    Jaw Face Clinic    

                    at Chelsfield Park Hospital

                      A  private clinic for extraction of difficult teeth  ,   dental implants for front of the mouth,removal of facial and mouth lumps. Sedation can be provided when requested.

                  As a specialist unit:

                · we  can only see patients in the Jaw Face Clinic  after referral  by your own Dentist or Doctor.

                ·  Some   referral letters or cards are pre-printed . If you have been given one of these, you may find it more convenient to  contact the hospital of your choice to book the  appointment  yourself.

                      or Chelsfield Park Hospital  on   telephone  01689 885905.

                ·  I consult at The Sloane Hospital, on Friday evenings :   and Chelsfield Park Hospital   on Saturday mornings

                 When you attend for the initial consultation   

                ·      Please remember to bring your referral card or letter with you. 

                ·       We also need Information about your general health, including the routine medication you take,  any allergies you have  and your experience following  previous   surgery under general anaesthesia.

                ·    Name and address of your medical GP  .

                ·    If you do have health insurance it would be advisable to contact them to obtain pre-authorisation. Please bring details of your insurance so that any accounts can be sent directly to them. 

                ·   If you do not have any health insurance be aware that the investigations and treatment in the private sector can be quite expensive. For instance admission for removal of impacted wisdom tooth or teeth   under general anaesthetic  is in excess of  1850. 00.  pounds

                ·  We do also have facilities to carry out a certain  number of procedures  under local anaesthesia  as out patients in the jaw face Clinic  which are  given below. These are listed below.
