After use instruments are sent for sterilisation to a specialist unit in a different location .The same as most Hospitals. They are then returned sterile and wrapped in containers specific to each type of operation .
Some instruments are disposable, you are welcome to keep some of them such as the disposable mouth mirrors .
Chairs, lights and the patient furniture are sprayed with antiseptics and wiped clean between each patient.
